Kenneth N. Logan appeals the dismissal of his motion for declaratory relief for failing to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. In his motion, Mr. Logan asked the court to vacate his conviction for sale of a controlled substance because his guilty plea was not knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily made, and the trial court lacked jurisdiction to enter its judgment of conviction and sentence.
