PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff Anita V. Stevenson1 appeals as of right from the trial court's order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(5) and (10) and dismissing her negligence claim under § 3135 of Michigan's no-fault act, M.C.L. § 500.3135(2)(c); MSA 24.13135(2)(c), which precludes uninsured motorists' recovery of noneconomic damages under the act.2 We affirm.
