A jury found appellant Johnny Rodriguez guilty of delivering cocaine to a minor. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.122 (West Supp.2000). The jury assessed punishment, enhanced by a previous felony conviction, at imprisonment for sixty years and a $10,000 fine. We will modify the judgment of conviction to delete the affirmative finding that Rodriguez used a deadly weapon in the commission of the offense and affirm the...
