Warren Cornett appeals his conviction for possessing a firearm after being convicted of a felony, arguing that the prosecutor made several comments during her closing argument that deprived him of a fair trial. Specifically, Cornett contends that the prosecutor (1) misstated the burden of proof when she said that, in order to acquit Cornett, the jury must find that certain witnesses lied, and (2) vouched for the credibility of government witnesses...
