This is an appeal from a take-nothing judgment against plaintiffs Porfirio and Mary Lopez and intervenor, Lino Lopez, Appellant here, for claims against Robert Martin, d/b/a Coldwell Banker Martin Realtors (CBMR), Ray Ballentine, Gregory Dennis, and Gary L. Martin. The claims arose from plaintiffs' purchase of real property.2 They alleged negligence, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act...
