This is an appeal from a take-nothing judgment against plaintiffs Porfirio and Mary Lopez and intervenor, Lino Lopez, Appellant here, for claims against Robert Martin, d/b/a Coldwell Banker Martin Realtors (CBMR), Ray Ballentine, Gregory Dennis, and Gary L.
