¶ 1 Kaye L. Dobrocke (Dobrocke) brought this action against the City of Columbia Falls (the City) in the District Court for the Eleventh Judicial District, Flathead County, for injuries she received when she tripped over a piece of barbed wire. The District Court granted summary judgment in favor of the City and Dobrocke appeals. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings...
