Plaintiff/Appellant, Patricia Gracianette ("Ms. Gracianette"), appeals the judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation, whereby, the Workers' Compensation Judge ("WCJ") found in favor of Defendant/Appellee, Emeril's Restaurant ("Emeril's") and against Ms. Gracianette.
