The plaintiff is the widow of Salvatore J. Cacciola, one of four brothers who were partners in a real estate investment business. She is also the executrix of her late husband's estate. The defendant is the lawyer who represented the partnership. The plaintiff filed suit against the defendant after learning that he had also represented one of the other brothers, Edward, in Edward's purchase of the partnership...
