The defendant, Terry S. Johnson, was convicted by a jury of four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. See RSA 632-A:2, I (1996) (amended 1999). On appeal, he argues, among other things, that the Superior Court (Mohl, J.) erred by admitting a videotaped interview of Robin Needham, the complaining witness and the defendant's girlfriend.
