The issue here is whether a manufacturer of component parts of a motor vehicle is subject to the Lemon Law. WISCONSIN STAT. § 218.01(1)(L)(1997-98)1 defines the type of manufacturer who is liable under the Lemon Law. We hold that a manufacturer of component parts who ships the completed part to the automobile manufacturer is not liable under the statute. We affirm...
