Valarie Reeves entered a conditional plea of guilty to a charge of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. The charges arose from the controlled delivery of a priority mail package addressed to Ms. Reeves that contained the drug. Reeves argues that the initial seizure of the package was not supported by reasonable suspicion. She also asserts that statements made by her after delivery of the package were involuntary, irreparably tainting statements...
