FB Huntsville Owners LLC filed an action in the Madison Circuit Court for the sale of certain commercial real property and a division of the proceeds among the owners thereof. The defendants were Walter Achenbach, Elizabeth Graham, Howard Kaneff, and Jeanette Sprunk, all of whom were co-owners of the property with Huntsville Owners.
