A jury found Jami Scott and his co-defendant, Jacob Jordan, guilty of burglary, two counts of aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Scott appeals, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence and the trial court's denial of his motion for a new trial on the bases of ineffective assistance of counsel and prosecutorial misconduct.
