This appeal concerns the construction of a contract. The lease contract executed by the advertising sign company, Sign Ad, Inc., and the real property owner, Sigmor Corporation, gave the lessee the right to erect and maintain an advertising billboard on the property, and gave the lessor the right to terminate the lease if it sold the property.
