¶ 1 Dayvid S. sold an undercover officer a crushed peanut packaged to resemble crack cocaine. He appeals from his adjudication of delinquency for possession of an imitation controlled substance with intent to distribute, a class 6 felony. His appeal presents these issues: (1) whether the evidence sufficed to establish (a) that the crushed peanut constituted an "imitation controlled substance" as defined by A.R.S. § 13-3451...
