This is an appeal from an order awarding a fee to an attorney hired by a guardian to represent the interests of the guardian's ward, a minor child. For reversal of that order, appellant argues that the guardian did not have the authority to enter into a binding contract for legal services; that the probate court erred in awarding the attorney's fee from the proceeds
