¶ 1 John Joseph Parker appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of murder, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-203. Parker raises four claims of error: (1) the trial judge's improper comments on the evidence; (2) ineffective assistance of counsel; (3) the trial court's failure to admit out-of-court statements; and (4) the trial court's failure to give the jury instructions...
