This is an appeal from a final judgment of the Superior Court. The Superior Court denied the motion of the defendant-appellant, Kevin Whitner, for a modification of his sentence. Whitner claimed that, at the time his Level V sentence was imposed for a violation of probation, he should have received credit for 6 months spent in the boot camp program pursuant to 11 Del.
