MEMORANDUM

BLAKE, District Judge.

On March 26, 1992, petitioners Zeki Sabbagh and Jack Sabbagh, father and son, were convicted by a federal jury of conspiracy to distribute one kilogram or more of heroin, and conspiracy to violate the money laundering laws of the United States. In addition, Zeki Sabbagh was convicted of being part of a second heroin distribution conspiracy and six substantive counts of money laundering.1
