The mother of Sh.S., T.S., and St.S. and the father of Sh.S. and T.S.1 appeal the termination of their parental rights. The mother asserts that the juvenile court improperly terminated her parental rights because she was not served personally with a copy of the petition for termination of parental rights or the summons indicating the date of the hearing.
