McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Dionicio Perez appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court1 for the District of Nebraska following his conditional plea of guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). For reversal, Perez argues that the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
