This is a workers' compensation matter. We granted a writ of certiorari to review Dawkins v. Jordan, Op. No. 99-UP-271 (Ct.App. filed April 29, 1999), in which the Court of Appeals affirmed the circuit court's order reversing the decision of the full commission awarding benefits to the claimant.
