¶ 1 In this appeal, we consider whether a court-appointed arbitrator's denial of a motion to compel binding arbitration may be appealed to the superior court. We hold that it can. We also consider whether the subject arbitration agreement controls this dispute where one of the defendants was not a party to that agreement but the other defendant, who was a party to the agreement, had agreed...
