The plaintiff appeals from the decision of a Superior Court judge granting the defendants' special motion to dismiss, pursuant to G. L. c. 231, § 59H. The judge declined to grant the defendants' motion for costs and attorney's fees. The defendants now seek costs and attorney's fees for the trial and the appeal.
