Mary Jane Lenhardt appeals from a judgment dismissing her complaint against her son, Paul W. Lenhardt, where she requested specific performance of an alleged agreement to transfer title to a vacant lot. The judgment also found her action frivolous and awarded attorneys' fees to Paul.
