MANNHEIMER, Judge.

In this case, a pro se defendant filed a petition for post-conviction relief. The superior court appointed an attorney to represent the defendant. The court also notified the parties that it intended to dismiss the defendant's petition for failure to state a claim. The court set a deadline for the defendant to file an amended petition to correct the deficiencies. The defendant's attorney allowed this deadline to expire...
