Defendant-appellant Stephanie B. Scruggs appeals from her conviction and sentence for menacing by stalking. Scruggs argues that (1) Ohio's menacing by stalking statute is unconstitutionally vague, (2) the state failed to present sufficient evidence of her guilt, and (3) the jury's verdict is against the manifest weight of the evidence.
