Adan Tellez was charged with one count of distribution of methamphetamine and one count of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it, see 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). When he sought to suppress evidence found during a search of his home, the district court1 denied the motion, and Mr. Tellez then entered a conditional plea of guilty to both of the charges against him.
