Plaintiffs brought this action asserting violations of federal civil rights laws and various state common-law claims stemming from the alleged "hazing" of a minor, which took place while the minor participated in the wrestling program at a high school in the Centennial Area School District. After limited discovery and some motion practice, the parties agreed to settle the case by payment of $151,000 to the minor...
