Heather Ladon Olafson ("Olafson") appeals her conviction for transporting illegal aliens in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324. Olafson entered a conditional guilty plea to the charge, which preserved her right to appeal the district court's denial of a motion to suppress, as well as its decision to admit hearsay statements from two material witnesses instead of ordering the government to take their depositions under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure...
