STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Mary Sue Bunting and Brandon Cauldwell were involved in an automobile collision in which Cauldwell was seriously injured. A jury found Bunting guilty of operating a vehicle with a breath alcohol content ("BAC") of more than 0.10 percent, operating while intoxicated ("OWI") and OWI causing serious bodily injury.
