Lydell Ransom, movant, appeals the judgment of the motion court denying his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 29.15 on the merits without an evidentiary hearing. In the trial court, movant was convicted of burglary and false imprisonment, pursuant to Section 569.160 and Section 565.120 RSMo (1994), and sentenced as a prior offender to a term of twelve years and a concurrent term of one year...
