The matter before the Court is Fairly Bike Mfg Co.'s ("Fairly Bike") motion for reconsideration of this Court's May 15, 2000 order denying its earlier motion to amend and vacate the default judgment entered against it herein over three years ago ("Motion to Amend"). The Motion to Amend was denied after determination that the argument for relief fell within the purview of Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b)...
