¶ 1. NETTESHEIM, J.

Tammy L. D. appeals from a CHIPS dispositional order of the juvenile court that placed her daughter Xena X. D.-C. in foster care following an earlier finding that Xena was in need of protection or services. Tammy was not represented by advocacy counsel during the CHIPS proceedings. Her chief complaint is that the juvenile court did not exercise its discretion whether to appoint an attorney to represent her. We agree. We reverse and remand...
