David Blake Osage appeals his conviction on one count of possession with intent to distribute one kilogram or more of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A). Mr. Osage moved unsuccessfully to suppress the introduction of the methamphetamine and subsequently pled guilty to the indictment, reserving his right to appeal the suppression ruling.
