TACHA, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Mike Mohammad Alahmad appeals his conviction under the International Parental Kidnapping Crime Act (IPKCA), 18 U.S.C. § 1204. We exercise jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm.
