Before the court is the report and recommendation of the magistrate (Doc. 225), recommending that we DENY in part and GRANT in part the motion for summary judgment filed by defendants Bill Belt ("Belt"), Sheriff of Avoyelles Parish, and A.J. Thibodeaux ("Thibodeaux"), Warden of Avoyelles Parish Jail ("APJ"). The magistrate recommends that Belt's and Thibodeaux's motion for summary judgment should be granted as to plaintiff...
