Atlantic Coast Cable, Inc. and Richard R. Wilbanks (collectively "ACC") sued Peter A. Mallory and Leonard Gregory Watts, seeking to pierce the corporate veil of Questar, Inc. and obtain a judgment against Mallory and Watts personally for debts owed by the corporation.
