The defendant, Salvatrice Franco, appeals from the trial court's judgment of strict foreclosure. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly (1) granted summary judgment as to liability when there was insufficient evidence that the substitute plaintiff was the owner of the debt obligation and (2) rendered a judgment of strict foreclosure without competent evidence of debt.
