General Casualty Company of Wisconsin appeals from an order granting David and Kathleen Ginder's (the Ginders) motion for declaratory judgment finding $200,000 of underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage available to the Ginders. General Casualty contends that UIM coverage is not triggered because its policy precludes stacking of multiple coverages in determining whether a tortfeasor's vehicle qualifies...
