This is an appeal from a jury verdict following a trial before Judge Bridget M. McCafferty. Appellants Dolores and Frank Craig were awarded damages for the personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Craig but claim they were prejudiced by testimony on her non-use of a seat belt to show comparative or contributory negligence, evidence on the negligence of a non-joined third-party driver, and exclusion of an itemized damage interrogatory.
