Appellants Dolores and Frank Craig were awarded damages for the personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Craig but claim they were prejudiced by testimony on her non-use of a seat belt to show comparative or contributory negligence, evidence on the negligence of a non-joined third-party driver, and exclusion of an itemized damage interrogatory.
