Case Summary

Indiana High School Athletic Association ("IHSAA") appeals the trial court's grant of injunctive relief for Jessah Martin. We affirm.

Issue

IHSAA raises one issue for our review which we restate as whether the trial court properly granted Martin's motion for preliminary injunction.
