In this disciplinary matter, the Grievance Administrator, on behalf of the Attorney Grievance Commission (AGC), appeals an Attorney Discipline Board (ADB) order reducing the discipline imposed on respondent by a hearing panel from a forty-five-day suspension to a reprimand.
