We affirm a decision of a judge of the Superior Court which holds that the Dedham board of selectmen committed error in denying a "class 2" used car dealer's license to the plaintiff, John F. Ludvigsen, the alleged ground being that he did not have (to quote the statute) "a place of business suitable for the purpose." G.
