Opinion of the Court by BURNS, C.J.

Defendant-Appellant Bernardo Reyes (Reyes) appeals the circuit court's September 18, 1998 Order of Resentencing. We vacate and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.

BACKGROUND
