This is an age discrimination case filed by plaintiff James H. Yelverton against his former employer, defendant Graebel/Houston Movers, Inc. ("Graebel"). Yelverton, then 67 years old, was terminated from his position as household goods surveyor with Graebel. He makes two claims arising out of that incident.
