BALDOCK, Circuit Judge.
Defendant Cheryl Marie Gigley conditionally pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841. See Fed. R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2). The district court sentenced her to ten years imprisonment. She appeals the district court's denial of her motion to suppress drug evidence as well as her motion to withdraw her guilty
