In these consolidated cases, plaintiff, Ronald McGoldrick, as personal representative of the estate of Christopher McGoldrick, appeals by right the trial court's orders granting summary disposition in favor of defendants. Plaintiff's decedent, Christopher McGoldrick, was killed while skiing after he collided with a tension pole that supported part of the apparatus for a rope tow at defendant Holiday Amusements...
