Krocka filed suit against the City of Chicago, Chicago Police Department ("CPD"), and several individual decisionmakers, (the "Defendants"), under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq.; 42 U.S.C. § 1983; and state tort law. The district court granted partial summary judgment in favor of each party on the ADA claim, granted summary judgment in favor of Krocka on the § 1983 claim...
