Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, M.C.L. § 750.520b(1)(b); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(b), and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, M.C.L. § 750.520c(1)(b); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(b). For the first-degree criminal sexual conduct convictions, defendant was sentenced to prison terms of life, forty to seventy-five years, and twenty-five...
